750 ml shared by Drew before Noble’s wedding. Thanks, dude! Pours nice glowing yellow straw hue, kiss of haze. Lively carbonation is bigger, touches of loose whitish bubbles. Aromas are apples, dry and champagne yeast. Touches of straw, pear, apples. Dryness, gentle sweet apples, touch of white grape. Initial is light and crisp, gentle apple, green apple, kiss of lemon. Dry champagne yeast. Gentle spice, mellow dry apple. Gentle crisp, touches of tart apples, some dryness lingers. Light, a touch of tartness grows, gentle yeast. Sour apple touches and gentle lemon. Dry and light. Fun. drewbeerme (3920) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 20, 2012

shared by jay at the hf anniversary party. Wow i a huge rookie when it comes to ciders. Apple sour flavors. This is rediculous, would be interested to try others. j12601 (12000) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - MAY 29, 2012
Bottle of the 2010 offering that Andy, Max, and I took to the Hill Farmstead second anniversary party. Pours a clear gold with a medium sized white head. Sweet ice cider notes, soft musk, acid on the nose. Nice carbonation, acid and apple coming through cleanly. Long musk, gentle acid on the finish. Very dry.
