Bottle 375ml. @ [ Ulfborg Tasting ].yespr (44810) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - JUL 9, 2008
[ Vintage 2006 ]. Clear medium yellow orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is apple, wood , rubber, gum. Flavor is heavy sweet and moderate acidic - bitter with a long duration. Body is medium to full, texture is syrupy - oily, carbonation is flat, finish is light alcoholic.
RB#5400: 5 cL bottle, thanks to Ungstrup. Pours clear and deep golden yellow to orange, no head. Dense apple aroma, sweet and phenol at once - almost mead like. Flavour starts sweet and reveals a solid apple authentic flavour with load of floral elements and phenol. Smooth and warming at once, light sugarish. Citric into the finish - light shivering :) Ungstrup (37317) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 20, 2005
A dark orange cider with no head. The aroma contains lots of apples, but also a slight hint of alcohol. The flavor is wonderful, sugar sweet with strong notes of apples, and a rather dry end. The sourness from the apples bites the tongue slightly. joergen (27984) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - DEC 20, 2007

Golden colour, no head. Aroma is white wine, grapes, a lot of vanilla as well as some sour apples. Flavour is sweet sugary mixed with white wine. Mindblowing complexity, even though the sugary notes are a bit too sweet.
(Bottle 37,5 cl) Courtesy of Thomas_E. Clear, deep golden with no head whatsoever. Intense, sweetish apple aroma. Very full and rich body with these intense, sugary notes - apple syrup perhaps, perhaps even with a touch of cinnamon. There’s a vague, underlying acidity. Truly delicious. 191207 Travlr (24315) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - FEB 14, 2015

Bottle at Mes Tasting. Pours clear, rich gold. Huge, rich apple sauce aroma. Quite sweet, lots of apples, caramelized sugar, tons of apple sauce, very mild booze. Full in body, no carbonation, a touch syrupy. Somewhat warming on the finish with more apple sauce, spices, crumb cake. Delicious, potent, wonderful. fiulijn (20427) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 13, 2009
Corked bottle; harvest 2006, 3 years old
Deep yellow color; a lot of micro bubbles cover the sides and bottom of the glass. The aroma is intense; there is some sour apple, jam, but also plastic (as often happens in ciders) and very light hazelnut, orchid flowers. Good mouthfeel, just sweet enough; concentrated fruit flavor, apricot jam, with a sharp acid background; the sweetness, acidity and alcohol are in good balance. Very interesting and complex.
