Bottled at RBESG 2010 Grand Tasting. An unclear golden beer with a fast disappering brown head. The aroma has notes of wood, brettanomyces, alcohol, and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, citrus fruits, and cinnamon, leading to a dry finish where the cinnamon carries thru.

Little cloudy dark orange to amber beer, small aery off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet, caramel, somewhat nutty, sugary, lots of banana, bit soapy. MF: lots of carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty sweet, lots of overripe banana, bit sourish, bready yeast, little roasted, caramel.

Light unclear medium orange amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty - chestnut, light roasted, spicy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, spicy, chestnut. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
