COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tipologia: Ale al miele di melo
Birra ad alta fermentazione di tradizione belga. La particolarità unica di questa birra è l’impiego di un pregiato miele di melo che vi apporta un delicato aroma. La schiuma è fine e persistente, buona la frizzantezza. L’aspetto è leggermente velato e giallo intenso. L’intensità olfattiva è marcatamente fruttata con note di fiori freschi e mela. Il corpo è rotondo, l’amaro è moderato. La persistenza è discreta con un finale di minerale.
Ingredienti: acqua, malto d’orzo e di frumento, cereali non maltati, luppolo, lievito, miele di melo.
Abbinamento gastronomico: formaggi a pasta dura ed erborinati, carpaccio, piatti freddi.
Degustazione: bicchiere a calice, temperatura 8° - 9°C
