Amber coloured, fine sparkle and delicate and thick head. Pleasant mixture of the aroma of hops and a slight hint of liquorice. Pronounced bitterness, mellow and thirst-quenching.

Bottle @ Den Tatoverede Enke, Cph.
Pours clear golden with a giant, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is pleasantly spicy, light caramel and some apple notes. Fine, balanced mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, good caramel, light yeast and a good mix of spices. Some apple notes again. Very drinkable.

Bottle from Lidl. There is a strong fruitiness along with medium levels of phenolic yeast character - trippel kind of spice mix with light green apple. Moderate caramelly maltiness. Rather dry, which makes the perceived body medium-low. High carbonation. Drinkable, rather average for me though.

Faible mousse, couleur brun orangé assez clair. Arôme très faible de céréales. A la dégustation, les céréales sont toujours légères, c’est peu caramélisé. Franchement une ambrée belge qui me déçoit... 33 Cl à Bruxelles

Tasted on 29.03.15. Very pleasant spicy aroma of Belgian yeast with some malts. Medium head disappearing to small but very durable layer with some lacing. Clear amber colour. Great taste of spices from yeast with noticeable hoppy bitterness.

nathanvc (449) - Brugge, BELGIUM - FEB 16, 2017
At Bruges Beer Fest 2017. Pours clear amber with a minimal white head. The aroma contains malts and caramel, and is slightly metallic. It tastes light sweet and light bitter. Short finish, thin texture, fizzy carbonation. Not complex and not very tasty. Reminds me of a pale ale.
