Blond, bright and sparkling with a fine and creamy head. Deliciously fragrant thanks to a slight hint of fine hops. Delicate flavour, mellow, perfect as aperitif.

Bottle @ home.
Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, moderate yeasty, anis-sead notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (280608)

UPDATED: DEC 27, 2014 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to light orange with small floaties and a dense off-white head. Wheat and coriander aroma. Ligth fruity and coriander spiced wheat flavour. Starts medium sweet before a dry wheat flavour appears into the finish. Far finish once again gives way to a more sweet and fruity wheat, almost banana, note.

33 cl bottle as Gauloise Triple Blonde. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, light toasted malty and mild caramelish. Mild bitter, henolic and light caramelish. Light fruity. Phenolic and light bitter medium dry finish.7-3-8-3-15

A yellow slightly hazy beer with a very beutiful head. It has a nice very strong aroma of yeast and the hints of sourness beers brewed on malted wheat often has. But the flavor is nothing special - it contains a smooth wheat taste and notes of yeast and ends of on an arkward hop bitterness with a metallic note. If I have a choise of wheat beers, this is not the one I'll choose.

Bottle. Clear golden coloured with a huge white head. Aroma of malts and spices with fruity notes. Flavour of fruits and spices with notes of corn.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized foamy head. Barnyardish aroma with caramelly hints. Flavour almost the same. Boring beer with no surprises. Prefer the brune....

Bottle. Yellow color, small white head. Overall a middle of the road blonde with better body than most.

Warning! Early amateur rating! Rich blonde ale, only mildy fruity. Lip smackingly refreshing with a creamy finish. Great beer!

(Bottle 33 cl) 6,8% ABV in my version. Hazy, golden beer with a fine fluffy head. Fruity nose, fruity flavours - coriander? - very soft mouthfeel. Almost no bitterness. A pleasant beer that wouldn’t offend anyone. Easy to finish, easy to forget. 200398

Hazy golden color; niceperlage; creamy head, persistent. A Tripel character: light, dry aroma, hop; dry front taste, a bit sweeter later; just somehow metallic. A light anis note. More important than its strength may suggest.
