COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottles: 33cl with crown cap, 75cl with cork and muselet.
Barrels: 15l, 20l and 30l.
Alcohol volume: 8.5% ABV
Colour and sight: Golden blond, multigrain beer with a very persistent, lacing head.
Scent: A complex smell, with a citrus aroma, followed by hop aromas such as Saaz, Brewers Gold and Amarillo.
Flavour: Initially rather sweet, because of the alcohol. The intense taste and roundness mask the presence of high bitterness.

UPDATED: MAR 18, 2011 Very weak tripel. For a triple it has a very light body. No good aroma’s. But there is a good tripel flavour in it. Nice bottle though.amber, clear, frothy, white foam, light sweetness, very bitter, lightly sour, light body, thin feel, lively, astringent,

Aromaty chmielowo belgijskie - czyli klasztorne. Fajne i ciężkie.

On tap at Bangers & Lace., Bready medium bodied Blonde Ale with a good strong alcohol kick. Moderately effervescent. Strong but bright. However, not particularly flavorful, would be better if it were sweeter. Barely above average, and below average by Belgian craft standards.

UPDATED: JUL 9, 2017 Bottle 33cl. Solid Belgian beer, but not for wow. Pretty bottle design, I like it.

Draught. Clear golden pour. Nose: powerful malts, fruit, spicy yeast. Similar taste. OK still not impressive

A blond beer with thick foam. Taste of grains, bread and and citrus. I find there’s a lack of colour in the taste but the beer drinks down quite quickly and is refreshing / asks for more. There is a lack of complexity / a lack of mystery to the beer and quite unbalanced.

3.3
sinte (566) - Udine, ITALY - APR 24, 2017
Bottle 0.33L. Slightly hazy, deep golden body with a huge, creamy, off-white head, mostly lasting with nice lacing; high density of tiny particles. Moderate-to-heavy hoppy (grapefruit, flowers), light-to-moderate malty (caramel, grains) and yeasty aroma with notes of spices and alcohol. Moderate bitter, light-to-moderate acidic and sweet flavour; long lasting harsh finish. Medium body with oily texture; soft carbonation; light astrincency in the finish.
