Pours a light clean straw yellow with two fingers of sticky white head. Nose is estery with soft white fruit being dominant. Notes of bread dough and spicy yeast creep in. Very similar to a Delirium but perhaps a bit more peppery/spicy. Light medium body with a fruity finish.

Bouteille 33cl, V&B Grenoble.

330 ml bottle. Of course the name and design are pure genius. The beer itself is rather dull by comparison. Solid Belgian strong beer.

Veiled golden color with a powerful storm of activity. Thick creamy and super frothy white 5 fingers island cloudy head, lasting more than 20 minutes, creating thick leggings. Flavors of cheese, coriander, banana yeast, strong presence of grains, floral bouquet, some hops, hints of wood and a nice vinous and roasted feel. Some ester fruits like apples, a hint of honey, oaky, grassy, and orangy clove. Pleasant sugary feel yet sharp and bitter. Slick light body with champagne like carbonation. Medium to strong finish of long length, ending with a burned malty tongue coat, hoppy grass feel, warming alcohol, yeasty, barrel aged feel, and fruity grapefruits. Overall this is an outstanding craft with rich delicious yet accessible flavors for the style and strength. Very fresh but the smell is a little rotten yet still pleasant. Incredible quality stuff. Complex, balanced, well intensified, filling, warming, a pleasure to drink.

From the corked, caged, and foiled 750 ml bottle with an 05/16 bottling date. Orange-yellow pour underneath a big, white foamy head. Active carbonation. I get a forward aroma of Saltine crackers, Graham crackers, orange zest, and butterscotch. Light to medium body. The taste is also very cracker-like with toasted bread and a bitter and fruity finish. Effervescent.
