Another in this Kékette series, which enjoys great commercial success in northern France; thanks tderoeck for sharing. Irregularly lacing, moussy, snow white head, lightly hazy, warm 'old gold' robe. Aroma of dried out white bread, banana, muesli, grass, soggy corn, iron, raw cucumber, plastic. Subduedly sweetish onset, low estery notes of pear and banana, medium carbonation; slick and oily, bit thinnish mouthfeel. Cereally, simple blonde malt body, straightforward and thinnish, pale lager-like but less sharply carbonated and more rounded and soapy. Some lingering honeyish sweetness meet a grassy hop bitterish touch in the finish but the whole remains very simple and superficial. Simplistic sweetish quencher for the broad masses who aren't used to many more beer styles than your plain old industrial standard lager - understandably popular in that sense, like the other Kékettes.

330ml bottle. Pours clear gold, small white head. Aroma is fairly sweet, floral, fruity. Taste is a little harsh with pithy orange & caramel malt, not overly caramelly, just a touch metallic. Not great.

Bottle from supermarket. OK beer, but nothing special, i guess sexual packaging is their best hope

Bottle in Brussels. Deep gold with a medium head. Aroma of grainy malt. Flavour of sweet fruit, malt, herbal finish.

ogivlado (8420) - Zagreb, CROATIA - FEB 1, 2017
Bottled 330ml. -from Sherpa Val Thorens. Pale golden coloured, small white head, mild coriander nose. Sweetish malty, oranges, touch of caramel and citrus with notes of coriander and slightly acidic finish. Pleasant one.

Courtesy of and shared with Ogivlado (thanks!). Pale yellow-golden body, small white head, medium retention. Actually interesting, pleasant sweetish aroma... jaffa-cakes-orange and coriander, light honey and later maaaybe some alcohol that detracts from it. Taste, dry, flat, more orange notes, coriander, Tastes like its ingredients list FWIW. Only initially sweetish/malty and ending abruptly and dry. OK, I’m lying, almost like its ingredients list, the hops aren’t there. OK, nothing more, nothing less.

UPDATED: AUG 7, 2017 Bottles from Terre De Boissons, Centre Commercial Cite Europe, Calais, France. Pale straw coloured with a thick white head. It has a floral, slight sugary fruity flavour with lemon and vanilla notes on the finish. Pretty poor for the fairly high ABV.

DJoer (1291) - NETHERLANDS - NOV 23, 2016
Medium white, golden amber clear coloured body, yeasty fruity malts smell, fruity sweet citrus malts honey fresh like taste

Rotaldinho (201) - Paris, FRANCE - NOV 15, 2016
Spicy, almost no foam, clear, no palate, chemical, astringent. Maybe refreshing
