On tap at Korrigane.
Pours blond with low white head. Good lacing. Aroma is of fruits, malt, grain, bubblegum, esters (off), citrus. Taste is of malt, weird bitterness, sugar, alcohol (!?!), bubblegum, citrus. This is off. Palate: Medium body. Soft carbonation. Overall: Hmm. Not good. I tough the yeast was massively off, but maybe it is also caused by the grain? Anyways, this one features many major flaws. On the premices, I tough to myself this one was a new one, and maybe it would get better with time. Reading some reviews, I’m more and more concerned. Tweak this one for the love of gawd. Clear gold pour thin white head. Aroma is lightly grainy, mineral and a tad metallic. Taste is quite mineral, old hops with no bite whatsoever and a grainy aftertaste. Palate is light with medium carbonation. Not offensive but quite uninteresting. sseb69 (1924) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - APR 23, 2011

Pours a clear golden color with a thin white head. Average aroma of hops and honey. The flavor is pretty much the same, hops and honey, there’s also a malt presence and sweetness in the end. The body is light to medium with a creamy texture and moderate carbonation. Clean, but unexciting.
My Bottom Line:Miguel (1181) - Saint-Ours, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 20, 2006
Polite leafy hops and lightly honeyed cereals converse in this quirky and perhaps tired Golden Ale.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the misty blond.
-The mouthfeel is lean and the flavor profile is balanced throughout.
-The hoppiness can sometimes be perceived as vegetal.
-The finish is both dry and bitter, a weird combination that recalls dead leaves.
-Some vague fruitiness is perceived as well.
On tap at the brewpub.
Robe ambrée très claire surmontée d’une mousse beige mince. Arômes de malt et de houblon. Saveurs de houblon terreux et de malt caramélisé. Ungstrup (38141) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - AUG 19, 2005
An orange beer with a small white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of brewmash. The flavor is malty with a dry hoppy end, though without much bitterness.
