Very trouble amber colour. Very bitter and sour beer, some aromas of caramel. GV (18) - , NETHERLANDS - AUG 3, 2009
Bottle bought at the brewery pub.
A very cloudy brown beer with a quickly disappearing small white head.
Aroma somewhat fresh with caramel and buckwheat? Taste is a bit sour, some caramel sweetness, some bitterness from dark malts and slight alcohol at the end. Not much hops. Still not sure about buckwheat. A nice brew, reminds me a lot of darker beers brewed in Brittany region by Lancelot or Coreff.
