The El Lapino is a high fermentation beer (Ale). Blonde in colour, it has a short lasting head. It has a fresh hot pepper aroma and a slightly spicy bitterness that leaves a warm note in the end.

330ml Bottle, Poured fizzy gold with very little head - just as well as it was gone 20 seconds later. Smell of jalepeno. Taste of jalepeno pepper followed by heartburn and swearing. Took a can of orange crush to get this taste out of my mouth. Undrinkable shit, and i almost think that’s what the brewer went for unintentionally. Worth serving to your enemies and easily in my bottom 5.

pours unclear medium dark golden with a quickly vanishing off-white cap, disappearing completely, no hopes of reviving it. fragrant vegetal hot peppers, capsaicin, underlying boring caramelish cereals, boiled veggies, pepper. moderate carbonation, light body, eternally burning peppery finish. ridiculous.

Very spicy. I like Spivey things but this is very much a one trick pony. Full on spice flavors that linger long after. Very poor head retention.

Bottle. Clear golden-orange body, small white head with no head. Effervescent. Aroma of hot peppers, green peppers and banana peppers, malt and cooked vegetables. Taste of sweet caramel upfront, followed by an insane amount of burning hot pepper sensation. Jesus!

Au nez nous avons le piment mariné et au goût ça explose c’est piquant. Très difficile à terminer, je vous conseille de la partager avec 2-3 de vos amis ! Néanmoins elle vaut le coup de l’essayer.

Bottle (341 ml). Bought at Bières & Saveurs. Split 2-ways with JulienHuxley. Clear golden with a small white head, no retention, leaving little to no lacing. Flavors of boiled vegetals, cereals, perfumy notes and hot peppers. Taste is BURNING, really there’s nothing else than the hot pepper burn. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Hot pepper burning finish that lingers. Totally unbalanced. Burning. Meh.

Bottle shared with Tom, I got the pepper. Clear gold pour with no head. Aroma is super vegetal, rather gross boiled pepper smell. Taste is surprisingly hot, I can handle heat pretty well but this is HOT, tons of spicy chili, no other flavor manages to survive really. Palate is med-light bodied with light carbonation. Drain pour.

Bierdimpfe (640) - Quebec, CANADA - FEB 25, 2016
Hazy deep straw color, almost golden, with some powerful activity and a pepper is included in the bottle. No head and no legs. Super strong aroma and flavors of Jalapeno, nothing else. Overwhelming peppery spices. Light to medium body with some good carbonation. Strong and long hot peppery finish. Overall : If you want a real strong hot peppery beer, then you will like it. If your looking to taste actual beer, you will be disappointed. The freshness is passable but the taste is way too strong with absolutely no undertones of malt or hops.

A essayer absolument mais le plaisir s'estompe à mesure car très difficile de finir...

Eurfs. Can’t even smell from the other side of the room. There is a fucking raw carrot in the bottle. What the fuck. Horrible. I am a BJCP judge and homebrewer for 10+ years. This is not a beer. This is an abobination. It should not exist. DRAIN POUR.
