Anonymous aroma, a bit hazy with small, white head, golden/amber, hazy, light sourness, light bitterness, some citrus in the taste, a light beer, soft carbonation, all in all a bit anonymous. Not bad, but not a great beer either.

Bottle 330ml (il Pom italian, Melbourne). Malty, delicate sweet with wheat note. Drinkable but nothing special.

Cimbasso (1058) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 3, 2017
Bottle (33cl) from a local restaurant in Tuscany. Pours a hazy orange amber colour with a white head. Aroma of malt, coriander, citrus peel and other spices. Taste has a light malt base and spicy top notes, with a slightly metallic bitterness often associated with the use of spelt. An interesting and tasty beer from a tiny producer.

Jashiu (1404) - Gdañsk, POLAND - JUL 19, 2017
Light citrus over some coriander and spices, maybe bit of funk, taste is very smooth wheaty classic reminding of a witbier and blond hybrid.

33cl bottle at Osteria Baralla, Lucca on 19-Aug-2016. Hazy orange amber colour with a medium sized white head. Aroma of sweet malt, grain, cereal and hops. Medium body and carbonation. Malty with a fruity citrus twang. A nice red ale with saison like fruity characteristics.

A great faro/ blond beer, it has hints of saison and Belgian blond influence, with a light funk touch, and a refreshing dry finish.

UPDATED: NOV 28, 2015 Bottiglia @ Simei 2015, Milano.

330ml bottle with expiry 14/1/16. Cloudy dark amber pour with a smallish white head. Nose has sweet spelt grains, orangey citrus with peppery spices and a touch of liquorice from somewhere. Palate is sweet and malty with a medium body and creamy texture and a low bitterness. OK but expensive Down Under.

Pours amber with a large fading head. Nose shows pepper, floral and herbal notes. Unorthodox but enticing. Flavours include mroe of the peppery/herbal/floral notes along with a sweet gingerbread character.
