as far as the uber cheap cans at Trader Joes go, this was the best. Better than any of the WI brews, which surprised me. Very simple, one dimensional brew, but nothing to offend, and it would be refreshing enough on a hot summer day. Can’t remember if this was $3 or $4 a sixer, but cheap either way."

Can, 355ml. A clear yellow beer with a big foamy head and a lot of gas. It has the typical aroma of a macro (like Corona´s), but there is a hint of citrics. Taste is slightly bitter and very watery. It somewhat reminds me of cereal, but that is just a hint. There is some carbonation and a faint astringency. Truth be told, I was expecting an atrocity, but it is just a bad lager. Can, 355ml. Clear golden with a creamy to cripsy offwhite head. Sweet malt and cereal aroma, with a subtle spiciness. Light bodied. Smooth and fresh, I was expecting much worse to be honest. A minty earthiness saves it from being an undrinkable macro, but it’s pretty much a flavorless lager. travita (5008) - Dallas, Texas, USA - SEP 16, 2013
Backlog of ratings. Thanks to someone at one of bu11zeye’s tastings. The look is clear, golden in color, and thin white head. The taste is cardboard, dirty, and malts. The smell is fruits, malts, and corn.

Single can purchased from a Trader Joe’s in Torrance, California on 07/15/2012. Colour: light yellow with no head. Nose: Weak scents of straw, lemon, dusty clothing. Taste: Medium-light sweet, light bitter, light sour. Usual soft and malty Mexican beer with light traces of bitter citrus. Nothing standout. maxwelldeux (4433) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - MAR 24, 2012
This beer tastes like it’s gone bad. Sweet, but in a rancid sort of way. Really bad. Nothing good about it. nick76 (4404) - Tampa, Florida, USA - JAN 24, 2012
The aroma is very nondescript with nothing besides a little sweet adjunct malt and metallic hops. The appearance is pale gold with a medium foamy head. The taste is like the aroma with a dry finish. The palate is thin. Overall a very tasteless and forgetable beer but not offensive. seymour (2126) - Maplewood, Missouri, USA - OCT 31, 2011
Tasted can from Trader Joe’s into nucleated pint glass. Poured a clear, very light yellow color with huge, white, long-lasting foam and some fine lace when it eventually subsided. Neutral aroma except very faint light malt and perhaps a little adjunct corn, but acceptable to style. No detectable hops or yeast esters. Almost tasteless as well. Very light body. Slick, watery mouthfeel. Highly carbonated. Crisp, dry finish. Surprisingly decent light lager, especially at $.89. Far better than many American macro adjunct lagers.
