big yellow beige head that disappears slowly with lacing. clear amber colour. sweet, malty, wheat, yeasty, caramel and lemon aroma. sweet taste with notes of caramel, peach, alcohol sweetness and warmth, yeasty fruityness. very soft carbonation, thick somewhat syrupy mouthfeel. the alcohol is wel hidden. indeed, as the brewers say themselves rather a barley wine than the originally intented white ipa.. bottle 33 cl

Sticky deep caramel beginning. Intense brown sugary. Lots of malty caramel, deep and thick with lots of intense sweet sugary.

Bottle shared with Erzengel! A clear orange golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting beige head. Aroma of oxidized malt, intense bitter hops, orange fruits. Taste of riped orange fruits, bitter hops, oxidized malt, slightly boozy.

I loved this. It was basically a barleywine disguised as a white IPA. Aged for a bit, boozy, sweet, malty, delicious... sad I will not likely get to try this ever again

Participe en el crowdfunding y me enviaron esta cerveza. Muy alcoholica. Tapaba el alcohol todo rastro de naranja y cualquier especia.

Bottle at home from birraire, cheers Joan!
big seville orange and resinous pine nose like an American barley wine. Medium body, moderate bitterness, sticky, some fruity orange marmalade. Finishes a little uneven. Hazy mid amber with fluffy offwhite head.

In short: A yeasty fruity-hoppy strong ale of some kind. Not my thing.
How: A few bottles, one bottle graciously offered by the Yria-Guinea Pigs gift owner /brewer and a gift from Teddybeer, thanks guys! I consumed the bottles as soon as I got them but I think the beer was past its prime.
The look: Cloudy burnt orange body topped by a persistent medium beige head.
In long: Nose is fruity hops and very yeasty, and the combination of the two creates a muddy dank aroma that is not very inviting. Pleasant corpulent body with plenty of soft bubles. Taste is very fruity (both hoppy-fruity and yeasty-fruity), caramel, whip cream, hops resin, mild alcohol heat. I’m just not very fond of yeasty IPA-style beers, and this one was way too yeasty. I hate to complain about a beer that was given to me for free, not only is it wrong to bite the hands that feed you, but I’m also trying to stop biting hands altogether.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks tomer. Cloudy amber with a big white head. Floral, marmalade aroma, bitter leafy taste with honey undertones. Full body, fizzy, yeasty finish.

At a tasting, many thanks DSG, bubbley off white head, murky and a bit deep orange colour, aroma of mandarine and flowers with some orange marmalade and wood, flavour of orange marmalade, hay, herbs, some biscuit, and a hint of rose petals in the back, a little too heavy and sweet. Nice and quite drinkable but just a touch too old.

DSG (15403) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - JAN 22, 2014
Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks tomer. Cloudy orange with an off-white head. Aroma of stale hops, a bit citric, and some yeast. Pretty sweet flavor with fruity esters, a bit of malt, yeast, a bit of stale hops and a mild to moderate bitterness. Medium-bodied. Not fresh and too sweet.
