COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The amber colour is the result of brewing a pure variety of two-row spring malt, the addition of roasted wheat along with a careful selection of spices in its recipe. La Ramée is a non-filtered high fermentation beer, re-fermented in the bottle, exceptionally easily to digest, with a slightly peppery flavour. In order to enjoy the fullness of its flavour, we advise you to savour it at a temperature of between 7° and 10°C.

In 2015-2016 for sure brewed at Du Bocq.

Copper bodied with off white head, looks okay. Cookies, both in spice mix and sweet malts, bit caramelised. Even a strawberry like sweetness. But never chemical. Full fizzy mouth feel, somewhat too sweet bit not much. Aftertaste is to simple though. Bit too generic, yeast doesn’t do much here. Added sugar doesn’t help either. (33cl bottle from Cave Gambrinus SPdC)

Pours an amber/copper colour with a beige head. Aroma of malts, caramel, dark fruits, yeast, raisins, some spices. Flavour is light to medium malty sweetness. This Tripel favours malts over spices. Nice and easy to drink.

Coloração marrom turvo, aroma doce e frutado. Sabor marcante, frutado complexo. Encorpada, mas se sente muito pouco do álcool. Ótima tripel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I am starting trying new beers and I am a good luck guy. This is one of best beers I have already tried. Not so much to say this time. I recommend!
