COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The amber colour is the result of brewing a pure variety of two-row spring malt, the addition of roasted wheat along with a careful selection of spices in its recipe. La Ramée is a non-filtered high fermentation beer, re-fermented in the bottle, exceptionally easily to digest, with a slightly peppery flavour. In order to enjoy the fullness of its flavour, we advise you to savour it at a temperature of between 7° and 10°C.

In 2015-2016 for sure brewed at Du Bocq.

(Bottle, Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm) Reddish amber colour with lasting, frothy, beige head. Fruity, malty nose with caramel, red berries, dried fruit and orange. Malty taste with notes of caramel, crisp-bread, dried fruit, raisins, hints of orange peel, brown sugar and a mild bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Quite nice.

This Belgium amber porous dark brown with a slight head and what it lacks in aroma it makes up for in taste. This beer won’t knock your socks off but it will make a great complement to any evening!
