(Rating #4336

Found randomly at a Christmas market in Montmartre, in between churro stands and chapeau shops, little toy stores and a merry-go-round, a present for a grownup: a small beer tent! Boring golden body with carbonation, modest layer of head. Aroma is malty bread. Taste is a nice mix of grains with a hoppy aftertaste. Absolutely no alcohol in this, which makes it extremely drinkable. Very good for a session - a short session!

Bottle at Mondial 2008
Appearance: Pale to mid gold , small fizzy top.
Nose Strong aroma of pale malt with noticeable dryness of alcohol.
Flavor/Palate : Malty , semi-full bodied lager. Mineral underlying with straight pale malt feel. Finish accented with fairly clean alcohol and low hop line. Simple , decent Mocne that gets better as you drink.

Bottle 33cl, (as Cervoise) an amber beer without head. Nose is vinous with caramel notes. Aroma is on toasted caramel, blonde caramel, medium sweet, touch of yeast, diacetyl, astringent yest finish. Bottom yeast notes at the finish, bit boring.

UPDATED: OCT 23, 2009 Bottled. A light blond coloured beer with a little white short-lived head. The aroma is sweetish and a little medicinal. The taste is quite simple, but there is a little sweetness and some lemon and peppery hop. A real easy drinker, which doesn’t show its strength.Score 3.2
