In short: average belgian ale.
Pours some hazy deep gold with frothy rocky white head. Long head retrention, some lacing. Herbal, hay, bready, malty, spicy nose. MEdium body, high carbonation, crispy texture. Tastei is herbal, some sweet, ending dry.

Full lasting white head. Deep golden colour. Aroma is moderately malty with fruity (pear and apple) and light hoppy and floral notes. Flavor is malty too with light floral and fruity (apple and pear) and hoppy tones, ending in a moderately malty finish. Light to medium bodied.

Slightly unclear pale to medium golden, small frothy white to off-white head, recedes slowly, fair lacing; aroma malt, grain, citrus, light caramel, yeast, spicy notes; taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, gariny, light fruity (orange, tangerine), spicy notes, yeasty; mild sweetbitter aftertaste, yeasty and hoppy, with fruity and spicy notes; medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation; decent Belgian ale on the verge of a tripel.

Taste: medium body with caramel malt, toffee taste. Good attenuation, fruity and ester. Belgian yeast. Quiet drinkable. Aftertaste: fruity and candied notes, belgian yeast. Sweet.

Al palato sempre miele, chiodi di garofano, malto dorzo, finale balsamico accompagnato erbaceo e lievissima crosta di pane. Retrolfatto di malto dorzo. Corpo medio- leggero, mediamente carbonata.

Draft in a tulip at Churchkey, thanks Donnie. Very hazy gold with small offwhite head. Very mild yeast and grains, mild flora. Good, not too herbal.
