750ml bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with lots of sediment floating around and a large, thick, fluffy, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of yeast, caramel malt, spice, peach and orange. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, orange peel, peach, yeast, honey, sugar, lemon and pepper with a dry, mildly bitter, warming booze finish. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Nicely done.

Bottle shared at the London tasting, October 2016. I am surprised i have not rated this before. Dark yellow color, off white foam on top. Aroma has yeast, sweet malt, some flowers. Flavor is medium sweet, much sweet than a Westmalle tripel. More flowers, plants, a little sugar. Good palate.

Classic aroma of yeast, citrus, spices, hints of alcohol, golden with a thin white head not very persistant, medium body, medium carbonation, citrus...very pleasant and classic belgian tripel.

Hazy blond colour with thick fluffy head. Strong yeasty aroma and taste. It’s quite dry. There’s a particular bitterness on the back of the tongue. Slight honeyed sweetness in the finish. Feels a bit boozy.

BB backlog, Bottle, pours a hazy golden with small to medium sized white head. Smell is belgian fruit, wood, figs, dates, and lemon rind. Flavor was most of the same with some bread pudding and other dark fruits mixed in. Body is medium to heavy with soft carbonation

UPDATED: APR 27, 2017 Notes of caramel, rye bread a pleasant warmess, notes of mature Caco. In mouth is full and rich, the mouth is wrapped by a complex diversity of sweetness. Is a very balanced beer and super satisfactory. I love it ---Rated via Beer Buddy for Android
