Milter (1031) - Nyborg, DENMARK - JUL 3, 2017
Ganske god witbier. Købt uden at vide hvad jeg købte. Dejlig frisk på en fortorvscafe i Alsace. Savnet noget bitterhed og fylde

Bottle @ dad’s. Clear light golden color, medium to full sized a bit rough white to off-white head that lasts for quite a while and leaves fair lacing. Aroma is lightly wheat and a bit herbal. Taste wheat, pleasantly light herbal bitterness. Decent body and carbonation. Decent beer for sure but I wouldn’t call this a witbier.

0.5l bottle from strasbourg. pours a cloudy pale golden with a frothy white head and some lacing. aroma of coriander, vegetables, slight metallic notes. flavour of coriander, grass, yeast. flat carbonation. slight grassy bitterness. simple, but nice and refreshing.

Highly unusual, juniper berry taste, actually reminiscent of sauerkraut. Very hazy and flat in the glass. Might be good in cooking traditional Elsass choucroute, but as a beer it did not impress me much. Weird, comic book artwork, as with most Saint-Pierre brews.

Bottle @home. Pours cloudy yellow with white foam. Malty and light fruity aroma, some citrus. Taste is malty, bit fruity. Bit watery. Light bitterness. Good carbonation.

Zajímavé pivko z malého pivovaru kousek od Strasbourgu. Nefiltrované s příjemnou chutí. Na francouze velmi dobré. Lahváč z auchanu.

Calisky (3059) - ALSACE, FRANCE - OCT 4, 2013
biere trouble avec bonne mousse blanche. Arome doux de malt et houblon, gout et fin de bouche un peu amer-acide. pas mal. Et ca doit bien coller avec une choucroute!

stevoj (5586) - Boise, Idaho, USA - APR 14, 2013
Nice witbier. Sharp and tangy, hazy golden with small creamy head. Sweet and sour nose , taste has a snappy bite, some citrus, hint of lemongrass.

JEK69 (397) - FRANCE - FEB 20, 2013
Basic Pils with bad metallic notes and not as bitter as expected for a Choucroute. Don’t buy it !

Leckerer Hopfen obendrauf, sehr gut!
