Bottle shared by mrjez, Light cloudy gold with a minimal head and a big fruity aroma, nice wine like full bratty notes as well. Light Boss ed, acidic and crisp. The taste is acidic wine and golden wheat with rich wine notes. Really good smooth stuff.

UPDATED: JAN 24, 2018 750ml bottle bought in Melbourne, shared in Kyoto. Orange-yellow hue colour, not hazy but full, not much head. Saison yeast, fresh citrus aroma, grape and berry sweet notes. Delicious light refreshing citrus, saison yeast funk, gentle and balanced, acidic, tart grape. Really refreshing, even in winter cold, I couldn’t stop drinking. Really appealing fruity saison, plenty of wine character as La Sirène is wont to do.

Funky tart aroma in a hazy yellow gold pour. Restrained sour taste with hints of other fruits as well as grape. Nicely balanced beer - and one that would appeal to a wine drinker I suspect.

Pours gold with a quickly fading head. Nose shows fruity red wine notes, farmhouse characters, raspberries and cherries. Flavours include a fair bit of funk, red wine notes, cherries, lemon, raspberries and blackberries.

UPDATED: OCT 28, 2017 Bottle, 8C. Hazy gold with a white head that fizzes away to nothing as it’s poured. 3- Bright funky aroma with underripe stone fruit, Germoline, grape skins. Sour with lactic slipperiness. Fruit - not obviously grapes, but unripe peach, nectarine, wild strawberries, lemons - with some rustic grain, then sour funk and some bracken take over. Is it a bit tannic at the end or is that suggestion? Good.[3.8]

Gold. A little column of bubbles in a Duvel glass but no head at all. diffs: no medicinal notes. Woody, not tannic at the end. Dry there. Caged sunshine.
