Pours a hazey honey orange-golden in color with light white head. Quite herbal sweet aroma, dominated by rosemary. Light and moderately sweet transitioning to to an earthy herbal rosemary finish. A great light, different beer that would go well with almost anything. slimchill (1044) - Austin, Texas, USA - DEC 19, 2012
Draught. Nose is slightly sweet with an earthy rosemary note. Cloudy bright orange with no head. Rosemary is pretty forward but balanced by the sweet floral honey tones and spicy yeast character. Soft carbonation and thickness leave a very full impression on the palate. jcos (1851) - Maryland, USA - MAY 31, 2013

Appearance: Pours an orange cloud.
Aroma: Aroma of rosemary.
Taste: Light bitterness, citrus, hints of rosemary.
Palate:Light medium body, lingering aftertaste.
Summary: A really interesting SHV beer...really nice for when I had it, on a nice summer night. Interesting, would definitely have again.
Great beer. Paired very well with our wild caught Salmon. The Rosemary really comes out as it warms. Recommend drinking at 50-60 degrees. Great food pairing beer! Would be hard to drink by itself without food though. Had a nice 2 finger head in my Stone snifter. Aroma was ok but the flavor was just what was expected. Overall happy with this beer and would recommend as a food pairing beer only.

Botella. Tot i així bona triple i refrescant.

At first taste, it hit me with a beer full of condiments, and it didn't disappoint! It has traces of rosemary, spices and black pepper. The hint of honey balances the initial strong flavor. This is one of the most unique beers I have tasted.

Pour is a cloudy almost pink with a large white head. Lots of floaties as well. Aroma is very herbal and sweet with notes of the honey. Flavor is holy rosemary! Lots of rosemary with a definite honey sweetness lingering in the back round. There is lots of herbal flavorings going on here and if that’s not your thing I could see that bringing down the score but for me put rosemary on everything, I love it.
