Botella. Romaní ho impregna tot, l’aroma a bosc mediterrà ho impregna tot però a la boca i al paladar fa que amagi defectes com la poca amargor i l’ensucrament. Tot i així bona triple i refrescant. El que seria aquesta birra amb un dryhopping de llúpol americà..

At first taste, it hit me with a beer full of condiments, and it didn't disappoint! It has traces of rosemary, spices and black pepper. The hint of honey balances the initial strong flavor. This is one of the most unique beers I have tasted.

Thanks Fred for this bottle that you take from Valencia. We share this beer at your home, Petit-Lancy. In my point of view, it is a surprisingly good beer, original and perfectly refreshing for the summer. The body is yellow/orange and troubled, thin and white foam, normal carbonation, a bit sparkling. The taste is malty, bready, honey and rosmarin, some hop and the taste is well balanced, not heavy and a perfect pint to eat one typical and authentic paella of the region.
Pour is a cloudy almost pink with a large white head. Lots of floaties as well. Aroma is very herbal and sweet with notes of the honey. Flavor is holy rosemary! Lots of rosemary with a definite honey sweetness lingering in the back round. There is lots of herbal flavorings going on here and if that’s not your thing I could see that bringing down the score but for me put rosemary on everything, I love it.

Hazy yellow colour. White head. Very good mouth feel dryish after. Honey and romero taste very interesting beer but I wouldnt vote for the worlds best beer EddieG1 (15) - Louisiana, USA - MAR 15, 2015
It has an attractive dark orange color. Floral aroma with rosemary, although it smelled more like potpourri than beer. No foam. The taste was not bad (honey and rosemary), but had little complexity, development, and body. nealblind (2007) - Seattle, Alabama, USA - JUN 17, 2015
golden orange. Aroma woody ginger, some rosemary, it’s lighter though. honey. Tastes very herbal woody, light carb. some prominent bready yeast. taste is not as complex as nose, but is much more intense.
