Bottle. Filtered, then bottled with sugar and yeast.
Ingredients: Water, Barley malt, Hops, Yeast.
This scintillating golden ale boasts a rich, fruity, and fresh aroma. And a light malty and sweet taste. It has a soft bitterness with a friendly aftertaste. A well-balanced blend of complexity and simplicity. La Trappe Blond continues to ferment in the bottle.

Bottle from The Dram, split with mcberko. Pours a light amber. Aroma and flavour of honey, peach and hops. Nice hoppy finish.

[email protected]: bit too simple & straightforward, somewhat thin bodied, bittersweet yeast, hint of banana & honey, only minor sweetness, hint of caramel, seemed like a decent session beer not a trappist

Hazy golden colour, quickly diminishing white head. Aroma is yeasty, with fruits. Soft carbonation, somewhat watery with a metallic aftertaste. Sweet and dry taste.

gunnarolis (38) - Reykjavík, ICELAND - FEB 11, 2011
Pours a deep golden colour whit two finger white head. Quicly dissolves.

Aroma is banana with faint hinst of bubblegum.

Mouthfeel is medium with light carbonation.

Taste is spicy, nicely sweet balancing off with faint hop bitterness towards the end. Very well balanced off even though it may seem to sweet for some. A nice refreshing summer beer. Every sip demands another.

A nice refreshing, spicy belgian beer. Very "belgian",
