Bottle. Filtered, then bottled with sugar and yeast.
Ingredients: Water, Barley malt, Hops, Yeast.
This scintillating golden ale boasts a rich, fruity, and fresh aroma. And a light malty and sweet taste. It has a soft bitterness with a friendly aftertaste. A well-balanced blend of complexity and simplicity. La Trappe Blond continues to ferment in the bottle.

Small bottle. Cloudy dark yellow body with a medium head. Yeasty and bready aroma. Quite wheaty taste but its not sourish like a witbier would be. Finish has some hop bitterness. Its a decent Belgian Blond ale but it lacks something that would make it stand out among the masses. Even Leffe is more recognisable.

They say "gentleman prefer Blondes" and this stimulating sweetie surely seeks to satisfy. In excitement I poured this beautiful light golden beverage to rapidly hence the large two and half finger very blonde head. There are bags of bubbles that go ripping up the body of this bewitching blonde beer. I give her the bugle and there is s curious slight soapy scent and some light fruits notes but predominantly the whiff of an over slightly ripe banana skin. "Over the teeth past the gums look out stomach here she comes." This light little lady dances her heart out all the way friskily filling the mouth with a fluffy and mellifluous flavour. The sweetness isn't overwhelming but very subtlety seductive and sublimely stimulating. This bubbly blonde surely promises to be "bonny and buxom at board and in bed". (I was slightly drunk when I wrote this).

33cl bottle from Stockmann, Tallinn. Pours almost completely clear golden with a quite modest, white head. Fruity aroma with notes of Belgian yeast, some banana, apricots, malt and almost like bubble gum. Moderate to medium sweet with light acidic notes and medium flavour intensity. Rather pleasant and enjoyable.

0,33 l bottle. Pours hazy straw yellow with a finger of white head. Aroma is mainly malt and yeast with subtle fruity and hop notes. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Almost like light fruity bubblegum. Body is light, texture slick and carbonation lively. I was expecting more.
