2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Thought I was actually buying a Belgian Trappist, not true, taste is very indicative of the the strong ABV with an alcohol aftertaste, average taste but overall was disappointed especially considering the price tag $45/case
A bottle from L’Apero, drunk at home. Aroma: bread, flowers, some vanilla, smells very inviting. Appearance: hazy dark gold, minimal head. Palate: medium-bodied and slick, soft carbonation, well-balanced sweet and bitter finish. Taste: medium sweet, but does not overpower. Great mixture of flavours, very refreshing. vlada94 (187) - Nis, SERBIA - JUL 18, 2017
Slightly hazy orange colour with thin white head, aroma is fruity, malty, yeast, taste’s like a classic belgian blond, malty , citrus, yeast, carbonation is a little bit higher than expected, fine bitter aftertaste. Maits (479) - ESTONIA - JUL 7, 2017
Slightly cloudy amber orange beer with white head. Aroma is nice refreshing fruits, malty, banana and bread. Taste is balanced between sweetness and bitterness. Nice soft bitter in the end. Crisp and simple and good warming touched beer. emincems (95) - - JUL 6, 2017
light orange color is nice, but head retention and lacing aren’t enough.
smells orange, mandarin, slightly banana and floral hops.
taste is semi sweet, but aftertaste is dry. finishes warm, nice.
medium bodied, too much carbonated and it hurts the feeling.
nice fruity and balanced pale ale, good refresher. mrjez (620) - Osaka, JAPAN - JUL 5, 2017
Bottle in Konishi pack, young. Pours a bright clear gold with constant bubbles rising, low creamy white head. Estery aroma, banana, lemon, pear, bread. Honey bread flavour with citrus and a little banana. Simple but satisfying. Wheaty creamy medium body, tickle from carbonation, sweetness with lasting yeast esters. Nothing out of place, refined and balanced despite a lack of wow.

Nice golden color. Floral aroma. Taste is not bitter, but not too sweet also. Notes of clove, vanilla and pepper. Silky texture with balanced carbonation. Good drinkable trappist. davidf93 (132) - Stellenbosch, SOUTH AFRICA - MAY 31, 2017
