Dark yellow colored, cloudy appearance. Little white head. Hopped-grassy aroma with lemon and thin yeast, good and fresh one. Medium bodied. Flavor is more fruity, still bitter grass dominating and lasting in aftertaste. I like this, well balanced.

On tap in Greenville SC. Hazy pale golden body with a fine white head that leaves sticky lacing on the glass. Citrus with faint funk in the nose. Mild, lightly bitter flavor with hops dominating the malts. Overall: funky Trappist light beer.

Uit fles. Zeer bleke kleur. Schuim verdwijnt erg snel. De smaak is ook erg waterig. Ga ik niet nog een keer kopen.

Light hazy yellow beer with big white head. Aroma is refreshing, floral, hoppy citrus and yeasty. Taste is bitter, herbal, lemon. Dry finish. Nice complex beer.

MarcoBasile (427) - DENMARK - JUN 27, 2017
Pours clear, semi hazy, pale yellow colored body with a white frothy head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, light citrus. Taste is crisp with yeast and citrus as well. Decent carbonation. Taste of Trappist beer, but not really anything mind blowing.

JoeinDahlem (1521) - Berlin, GERMANY - JUN 22, 2017
Terrific dry, bitter, herbal-hoppy quaffer. Hazy pale straw color, sturdy foam. Herbal-lemony-floral hop nose, with a bit of wet grain and pepper. Nice firm herbal-spicy bitterness, light lemony acidic tang, finishing dry. Might be one to convert pils drinkers, but it’s better than that. More Dupont-ish than most Belgian-brewed saisons.

Third of a litre at the Celle Beer Festival. A: Very pale, hazy. S: Starch and Belgian style phenols. T: Phenols and berries. M: Medium body, slightly prickly. O: A thinned out version of a Belgian Pale Ale, almost a session beer.

Appearance - very clear, light yellow with a nice foamy white head. Aroma & Taste - good light, malty base with some nice heavy bittering (without being overpowering), and with a floral, green hoppiness and maybe a hint of fresh granny smith apple. Palate - nice and light without being watery. Nice and fizzy without being like sodas. Perfect for the style. Overall - I find this the perfect pils. A gloriously refreshing, summery, light lawnmower beer that’s better than any lagers I know.
