czar (9338) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 6, 2015
pours murky light brown with a small dirty light beige head, little no retention. strong toffee and bananas - jack daniels-like bourbon bananas, wood - strong oak, demerara and treacle - some sweetness although not cloying, plain caramel, pepper. light to low carbonation, medium body - oily; sweet, woodsy and lightly tannic finish. definitely some weaknesses but still a tasty oaky caramel taffy candybar.
