Dark brown coloured beer with lots of carbonation and a medium off white head. Yeasty banana fruity with some spicy hinted sweet malty aroma’s. Full light creamy tingling palate. Finish is roasted sweet bitter malty and creamy with a longer light yeasty fruity and alcoholic hinted taste. Ending is a very subtile burn of alcohol at the back of the throath. Creamy beer with some very subtile flavours.

Comes in a 375ml bottle with a cork and cage. The cork was plastic and I had some difficulty getting it out! Pours a murky brown with little head. The oak is quite present in the aroma, along with a little of the white wine, plus vanilla and brown sugar. There’s a good level of carbonation and a slightly creamy texture to it. The taste is of caramel, crisp white wine (perhaps Sauvignon Blanc), spices. Quite a unique beer.

On tap at Arendsnest, Amsterdam.
Deep mahagony colored one with a small pffwhite head. Moderated aroma that opens whn the beer gets warmer. Green apples, tuttifrutti and a lot of fruits like fig and raisins, and some oak. Complex flavor, fruits again(green apples, raisins and tropical fruits), tarty character of thge oaks, bubblegum again because of the high abv. Delicious.
