JanLaursen (3226) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 15, 2012
Bottle. 37,5 cl. Light unclear orange-reddish amber with a small off white head. Intense and sweet, slightly spicy aroma of overripe fruits, oak, concentrated caramel. Flavor is even more intense, sweet but not too sweet, toasted malty, over ripe fruity. Some alcohol cutting through. Nicely balanced.

ClubGonzo (5683) - Bergen, NORWAY - DEC 22, 2012
Bottle. Pours a deep nougat brown body with a small off-white head. Aroma is intense caramelly butterscotch tones, vanilla, oak, dense malty tones and hints of booze. Taste is raisins, wood, honey, intense caramel, vanilla, hints of cognac, booze, toffee and traces of nuts. Solid stuff. Full body, medium carbonation. A very nice and dense quad on the sweet side of things.

Thanks to bierkoning for that one. Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass darker than the other versions I had, small head. Starts strong-malty, modest sweet, hints of chewing gum. Also some fruity notes. Finish well balanced, less sweet, warming-malty. Good beer!

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Amber colored with a slight haze. Thin white head. Intense aroma of ripe fruit, caramel, wood, grpaes. Sweet and vinous flavor. Rpe fruit, caramel, wood, a bit boozy but tasty.
