Appearance: somewhat darker than the previous 4, small unstable head.
Nose: very sweet, vinous, fruity.
Taste: nice sweetness, hints of lemon (little acidity), mostly white wine.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Paul. Pours oily amber with very little head. Big malt nose, slight oxidation, hearty toffee, ripe fruits, berries, plums. Big sweet flavor with some puréed semi-dark fruits, prune, figs, plenty of toffee. Full bodied, chewy and soft. Warming finish, lightly sticky, lots more ripe and gooey fruits, some apple, caramel. UPDATED: MAY 6, 2015 Bottle shared at Leighton’s. It pours cloudy mahogany brown with minimal head. The nose is rich, sweet, juicy, vinous, plum, prune, date, toffee, vanilla, jammy, toasty and wood. The taste is smooth, slick, sweet fruits, plum, date, light alcohol, umami, cola cubes, wine and wood win a smooth finish. Medium-full body and soft carbonation. Nice depth. Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pours cloudy amber with a small creamy white head. Caramel, wood, fruit and white wine. Vinous. Not THAT complex- but quite tasty!

Bottled. Pours clear, amber with a medium sized, off-white lasting head with fair lacing. Nose of fruit, caramel and yeaty notes. Sweet flavor of apples, grapes, oranges, caramel and vanilla notes. "Vies" bruinkleurig bier, absoluut geen schuimkraag. De witte wijn komt duidelijk naar voren in het aroma. Verder hars, alcohol, hout en in de mond ook duidelijk karamel. Zoet, met ook het licht zure van een witte wijn. Volle body, nauwelijks film aanwezig, geen co2.
