Note: after hoarding the oldest of these beers for over 5 years, I decided to crack down on them, before they disintegrate.
Clear reddish brown beer, no head. Aroma: sweet, honey, caramel, alcohol, some vanilla, little oxidized. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet, quite some banana, bit sour, oxidized, caramel. Aftertaste: little spicy, banana, vanilla, some alcohol, more oxidation, alcohol.
Hazy dark brown liquid. No head. Aroma of fruits and oak. Medium body, no carbonation. Taste is sweet, less port. Similar to batch 5. hopdog (13249) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 30, 2014

Bottle from Healthy Spirits. Pours murky brown with no head and a wine and molasses aroma. There is a toasty dark molasses flavor (a bit oxidized)with a sort of sweet and dry oak finish. bhensonb (15969) - Woodland, California, USA - JUN 9, 2014
Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours hazy brown with no head. Aroma is winey treacle. Med body. Flavor is lightly oxidized wood, mild treacle and grape berry. Well blended. Tasty.

Draft - Vintage 2011 - Prunes, date and brown sugars. Cloudy amber with a thin head. Brown sugar, oak and dark fruit. These are sublime.
