Unclear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted - caramel, wood, oak, smoke - peat, medicine notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is peat, some sweet fruits, alcohol, toffee, fudge and some mild spicyness. Flavour is rather similar in a very smooth balance.

ChrisOs Early December Tasting. Hazy amber beer, good pale tan head. Light smooth palate. Sweet malt with a trace of bubblegum. Sweetish peat whisky. Finishes minerally fresh. Semi dry. Nicely balanced for a peat whisky beer.
bottle at home ... thanks to Fritz ... copper borwn ... thin lacing ... sweet too sweet vineous ... soft peaty whiskey nose ... banana bubbly gum ... hint smoke ... dull soft peaty whisky ... light toffee malt back .. its not working for me.
