COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Quadrupel is La Trappe’s heaviest ale with a stunning amber colour. Its warm and intense flavour is rich and finely balanced. Malty sweet, slightly burnt, and pleasantly bitter with a sweet aftertaste. Quadrupel continues to ferment after bottling and offers aromas of banana, almond, vanilla and others.

Good but perhaps my least favorite quad. I felt that the alcohol taste was too big and got in the way of the of the other flavors ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Postgusto a fruta madura y fruto seco.

W aromacie zarówno ciemne suszone, jak i czerwone owoce, jakieś rodzynki, wiśnie, figi. W smaku znowu owocki, rodzynkowo-karmelowo, wiśnia wyczuwalna, trochę drożdży, alkohol pięknie ukryty.

0.33l bottle. Almost totally clear amber color with medium sized beige head. Aroma of banana, roasted malt, citrus, nuts, yeast and spices. Taste is sweet and little bitter with alcohol making its mark in significant amount.
