The world’s first and only Trappist white ale that continues to ferment slightly after bottling. Brewed using only water, wheat, and hops. No herbs are added. Saphir hops give the ale its citrusy aroma. A real thirst-quencher on a hot summer’s day that also makes for a delicious drink at any other time of the year.

11.7.2017 (pilsner glass, 330ml bottle) // Smell: Malty, banana, dried fruits // Mouthfeel: Low carbonation, watery, disappointing // Head: Thick, medium bubbles, white-gray // Taste: Malty, watery, slighly sour, some fruits. Very light. // Look: Cloudy, Gradient from top cloudy orange to pale orange to darker orange // Overall: Meh. Too light for my taste. Pretty drinkable though. //

Tap. Milky pale yellow, odd white lace. Dry spice, fruit nose. Medium body, mellow mouthfeel. Fresh yeasty fruit, wellbalanced drinkable, not as perfumed and cloying as other wits.

UPDATED: OCT 5, 2017 A bit watery. Very sparkling. Nice aroma. Decent beer. The color is not opaque as it is written for this style.

Decent. No such aroma as I expected. No head, a little bit watery. Dunno if it comes from the art of brew, that they try to hide the abv. But I think it is watery. A little bit sour, but refreshing. Good for summer. Hay aroma, a little bit fruity, apple.

At Cambrinus, Bruges. Pours hazy golden/yellow with a lasting, small, foamy, white head; fizzing. The aroma contains lots of banana and wheat, citrus, hops and spices. It tastes medium fruity sweet and light to medium spicy bitter, with a wheaty finish. Light to medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Indeed very Hefeweizen-like; well made but a bit underwhelming.

That's one good Witbier. Nice, wheaty with a tender twist of citrus flavors.

Bottle at kulminator, antwerp. Cloudy pale yellow color big persistent white head. Aroma.is yeasty wheaty with some spice. Tastw mild sweet and light citrusy, medium body sustained carbonation. Not exciting but a nice trappist wit.
