On wedensday, I went to the Pibar with Raoul and I noticed three bottle that the owner was liquidating three big bottles at a good price. I came the day after with my son to buy thesz three bottle, because the dat before it was after 8 p.m and he was not allowed to sell alcool to take away. I drank on Friday this one with my wife and it was the time to drink it. Personally, my experience was rather good with this exemplar that we drank before our own-made beer tartare. This beer is close to a Bavarian doppel bock. The taste is malty, bready, plum, some hop and fruity. The color is a powerful black body with a huge white and brown foam, normal carbonation. It is better to drink it not so cold and this exemplar aged pretty good and the alcool was relatively well hidden.
