A golden ale with a thin lacing creamy off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, pleasant and floral. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light citrus pulp, grainy notes, OK. On tap at Québec City location. tom10101 (6085) - Quebec, CANADA - NOV 21, 2013
On tap @ La Voie Maltée (Québec). Clear golden with a small persistent white head and good lacing. Aroma almost non-existent. There’s some light herbal notes and some shy bitterness. Taste is also very light with the herbal notes being a little more present and some bitterness. Very light(!) body. Watery. Slightly creamy. Nothing "off", but even a Cream Ale should have more body/flavors than that. Drinkable. Eructoblaster (4205) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 15, 2013
On tap at the Chicoutimi brewpub. Amber body with an average off-white creamy head. Fresh hoppy aroma with melon and pineapple hints. Its hoppy taste carries malty and melon notes. Ends with a good bitter finish. Decent Cream Ale. Whatup14 (2009) - Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 30, 2013
Couleur orangée pâle translucide, mousse beige persistente laissant une belle dentelle. Arôme de houblon, agrumes, caramel. Goût d’agrumes, caramel, houblon, amertume moyenne, drôle d’arriège-goût. Carbonation absente, corps moyen. czar (9085) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 10, 2013
creamer at quebec city location, pre-opening night - ekg dry-hopped. clear golden with a tall creamy white head, good retention and strong lacing. toasted cereals, graininess, honey too, citrusy, spicy, fruitiness, earthy and grassy hoppiness. low carbonation - silky and creamy, light body - oily, slightly bland grassy-citrusy-herbal finish. i can easily imagine myself eating a burger with a pint of that.

On tap at brewpub. A golden-orange hazy amber with a resilient white head. Not super flavorful : some roasted malt (!!!), somewhat dry. Good, credible, bitter finish. Nice herbal punch at the end. Light to medium body, very soft mouthfeel. Good level of carbonation. Not bad, not bad. Metalchopz (3390) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 10, 2011
Originally rated October 2006. Sampled at the pub itself, in Jonquière, Quebec. Poured a clear amber colour with a big creamy long lasting head. Very good lacing that was quite creamy. The nose was mildly fruity and the mouthfeel, dry, but refreshing. Nice cereal malt with mild fruitiness and slight bitterness into the aftertaste. This one was a good looking and great tasting cream ale.
(Rating #1995) MartinT (9880) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 17, 2008
My Bottom Line:Goldorak (438) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 4, 2006
This standard Cream Ale offers subtle honeyed maltiness hugging an earthy, leafy hop crescendo for a balanced but maybe forgettable session ale.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the clear pale amber.
-The hops mostly flourish in the finish.
-The dextrins are mild and levelled.
-The entire flavor profile is very delicate and straightforward. Few ingredients must come into play here and simple ones at that.
On tap at the Chicoutimi brewpub.
Rusty nail copper, with a full inch of compact, stout-like head.
Borderline skunky hop profile, but not in a lightstruck kind of way, more like some really dank weed. It had sort of a smokey, café au lait quality to it as well.
Lightly carbonated with plenty of malt, without being very heavy, plenty of grain in the aftertaste, this was fine but would have been killer on cask.
