Hazy orange body lets red reflects through. Head is initially small and off-white. Hoppier than your average voie maltée beer in the nose. Dry aroma of fresh soil and flowers. Surprisingly tart taste and very hoppy at that, long spalt finish imparts a rhubard like leafy bitterness. All along, a gentle fruitiness reminiscent of white grapes and cranberries is at work to enhance the flavor profile. Medium body comes out rather foamy from the high carbonation. Very refreshing if a bit sharp. A session beer that won’t bore you.
