Can 355ml. @ [ Chris O’s pre NYE Tasting ].harrisoni (18436) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JAN 11, 2009
[ Courtesy of Magicdave6 ]. Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, toasted, cardboard. Flavor is light sweet with a average to short duration. Body is light, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.
Can at Chris o New Year tasting 08/09. Very weak gold colour, thin white head. Odd malt aroma, sweaty cardboard also. It doesn’t taste of anything, some lemon on finish. OK. Oakes (17274) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 12, 2001
Honestly, it’s not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I did pick up a hint of hop and touch of malt. Not to mention that the harsh graininess which typifies Blue is tempered by the increased water content. In short, if you’re into the light beer thing, this is one of the better mass-produced ones on the market. imdownthepub (14467) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - OCT 10, 2006
Bottle, pasteurised. Nice label. Pale gold, heavily carbonised, short head. Thin sharp tinny corn flavour with cardboardy, wet fart CO2 notes. Utterly disgusting. There I’ve done that one now, thanks Andy mate!!. Tmoney99 (14368) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 13, 2006
Bottle. Poured clear amber with an average frothy white head that diminished quickly. Small sweet grainy aroma. Light to medium body. Moderate balanced grainy flavor with a short finish.

24 ounce can from a random grocery store, opened 7/31/14. Pours a clear pale golden color with a thin fizzy off-white head. Fair head retention. Aroma of corn, grain, hints of grassy hops. The taste is grassy hops, corn, cardboard. Thin bodied, watery, pretty generic. Dogbrick (12932) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JAN 16, 2003
Had a can of this and a can of Michelob Light at a Bluejackets game. Back and forth I went between the two, back and forth, Labatt and Michelob, Michelob and Labatt. There literally was no difference. Both had next to no aroma or flavor. Both sucked sour frog ass. Taste tests between two crappy beers are not fun. At least they were free. crossovert (12666) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - FEB 9, 2011
UPDATED: AUG 22, 2013 The one time I had this i couldn’t finish a can, it was terrible, awful, bad, bad, bad, terrible awful. Bov (12636) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - OCT 31, 2002
