UPDATED: MAY 23, 2010 This beer has to be drank in Canada. The Canadian version of Blue is a hell of a lot better than the American version. It is a great beer, never gives me gas the next day, and it never gives me a hangover. A true beer for all occasions(5/4/7/5/15).--- I figured it’s about time to re-rate this. 12 ounce can. The aroma is fruity, sweet, cidery with acetaldehyde. Not much else happening in the nose. Transparent yellow body with a small, quickly dissipating white head that leaves no lacing. Starts grainy and cidery with lots of corn and apple. Light bodied. Finishes with light bitter grassiness. Somewhat tart and astringent. Without a doubt, this is my favorite beer. It goes good with just about anything.....chips, pizza, brats, burgers, wings, hell, even Doritos don’t kill it. For the record, I was so loaded once I actually had it in cereal instead of milk. mtm00799 (20) - Ontario, CANADA - OCT 31, 2001
THE pilsener of canada.
-Better than, Molson Canadian, but only a winner if those were your ONLY 2 choices. Beer Guy99 (251) - Maineville, Ohio, USA - OCT 25, 2001
Come on guys, this is the Budweiser of Canada. Nothing special here except that Canadian beers seem to be a little higher in octane than U.S. beers...they’re closer to U.S. malt liquors. Very little malt body, no noticeable hops, recognizable alcohol burn. Brewed for a quick drunk but don’t expect any flavor or character. No thanks. Light, refreshing. Enjoyable for a mass produced. Snow Belt Bronco99 (4) - Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA - OCT 8, 2001 does not count

Ice Tea is suppose to be ’light, crisp and delicate’,not beer! I had one at a friends--not much to say except that it starts sweet and leaves a sour aftertaste. Some hops-mostly just sweet. Dawghouse Brewers99 (91) - Exeter, California, USA - OCT 5, 2001
Malty and sweet slightly more hops than othe American Pilsners.
