COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Abbatiale Blonde is a triple fermented “Abbey style” beer. It is brewed with Juniper berries, using an old middle age recipe. It has golden colour, rich foam and provide a very aromatic first smell due to juniper berries and a secret mix of spices “bouquet” which give a very interesting trendy new taste. This premium golden ale is smooth, round and sweet, so ideal for aperitif. As Vivat triple, It has been rewarded in 2008, by the “Concours agricole de Paris” by a golden medal. Available in 750 and 330 ml bottles + any ceramic bottles

Formerly: L’Abbatiale de Saint-Amand Blonde.

Bottle 33cl, a cloudy yellow beer with huge head. Nose is on yeast, orange, astringency, spices. Aroma is on sugar, grain, oranges, light juniper touch, peppery hops, classic stuff. Agrume finish, quite sweet.

Sympathique bière triple, pas trop forte (7%) et dont les baies rehaussent le goût.

erickok (6037) - Leuven, BELGIUM - DEC 4, 2014
Golden body, clean and large head. Too clear but good looks still. Grainy, residual sugars, alcohol, herbal. Pretty poor. Unnecessary alcohol. It’s okay on terms of taste, very boring but drinks well and not the heat any more. Bad aroma, okay after all. (33cl bottle from Christmas gift pack at Auchan Tours)

Blonde belgian triple. Great aroma, pearly, acidic "winy" taste, nice colour but lots of "sediment" floating around in the beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sour vanilla and metal aroma. Complex flavour of spices, sourness and yeast overshadowed by metal.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, hefig, würzig, leicht herb. Geschmack malzig würzig, hefig, leicht alkoholisch.

3.6
TET (2991) - Kaarina, FINLAND - NOV 21, 2013
A golden and hazy beer with a big, dense and blond head. The nose is fresh and nice, some fruits, lemon, some dryer grain and spices. Taste is slightly fruitfull, lemon and some tartness. The end is witbier like with lemon and spices. Medium bodied, lots of carbonation, fresh to drink and this fitts nicely to this fresh characteric. A succesfully beer, fresh and easy.
