Vells (2006) - Rīga, LATVIA - SEP 6, 2017
Was late evening, but this one shooked me up. Awesome balance, superb dried fruit chewiness combined with floral aspect, some mellow subtle BA impact blends well. Moderate to intense sweetness with moderate bitterness. Bold and complex beer, same time dangerously easy drinkable.

Marduk (8832) - Reval, ESTONIA - AUG 2, 2017
330ml bottle (Labietis, Riga). Clear dark chestnut color. Tiny size, yellow head, stays. Sweet, raisins, plums, caramel and hops in aroma. Plums, caramel, raisins, herbal in taste. Plums and raisins in aftertaste. Nice bitterness. Hopping is done very well. Covers the alcohol superbly. Pleasant in mouth. Nice balance. Excellent brew. More!

Bottle at the brewery. Light hazy amber colour, off-white head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, candy, resin, some alcohol, raisin. Flavour is sweet, fruity, candy, hoppy, resin, alcohol, light earthy, bittersweet finish. Medium to full bodied. Good.

jinroh (2579) - ESTONIA - JUL 22, 2017
Pours clear amber. Not too much carbo there. Nose is lush sweet caramel, sugarcandy. Sweet dried fruits. Taste has some sweetness and liquid sugar that gives way to dry and herbal flavors. Finish has apples and green papaya. Dry and sweetness does not bother me at all. Long-long tannin finish.

Juks (1295) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JUL 20, 2017
Bottle at Labietis. Pours clear reddish caramelly colour, really small beoge head stays as ring. Aroma of portwine, smooth cognac, cloudberry, prunes, toffee. Taste is mildly smoky, bit salty, cognacy, woody. Lots of barley in taste. Warming alcohol in aftertaste. Medium to full bodied, average carbo. Really nice one, so smooth, tasty and enjoyable. More!

Cokemonkey11 (1148) - - MAY 28, 2017
Bottle, labietis. Pours dark ruby amber with no head. Scent is light notes of barleywine yeast. Taste is complex smorgasbord of sour ale, red wine, indeed cognac, mega dense syrup cherries. Finish is consistent syrup. A bit too sticky. Great.
