- clear amber beer with no head retention; light earthy, flowery and toffee-ish aroma; sweet, subtle carbonation yet too high for this style; late earthiness, shyly bitter; red fruity finish
Bottle. Medium amber with a residing thin head. Scent is English bitter with some herbal properties. Sweet and well-rounded. Taste is bog standard English bitter with a sharp, short vector of flavor profile. Finish is dry. Early hops are all lost, sadly. Not a huge fan, but still good. 0,5l bottle shared with several people @ Matinkylä. OKS cellar tasting. Pours cloudy amber with a off-white creamy head. Aroma is slightly fruity malts. Flavor is fruity and slightly bitter malts with some hops in the finish. Decent. PietS (373) - Bergen op Zoom, NETHERLANDS - AUG 13, 2017
Bitter, grainy, a bit sweet. Not very spectacular, but a good choice to casually drink.

Good, bit fluffy dirty-cream head, really stable over hazy amber beer. Ureum and some cheese in the hops, but the coloured malts and the Goldings make it smell pretty different from a comparable American style pale ale. Bit of freshly chopped wood, even earthy, cardboard, as well as a not unpleasant waft of lavender. Bitter, leafy, earthy. As an Urbock with no restsugars and top fermentation. Dry, bitter finish. Feels reasonably bodied for only 4.4%, creamy head is so stable it enhances the MF throughout. Pretty decent beer, almost entirely to style. Bitter from Lithuania? Why not, but I would like to see some more indigenous traditional styles, if possible. 7/4/7/3/15
