August 2016 - Bottle share at Chriso’s Sunday Shindig. Thanks! As ’Lacada Salamander Series #2 Ivy Honey Beer’. One of 200 bottles made with the brewer’s own honey. Apparently £7 a bottle! Dark orange, hazy, opaque, big foamy off-white head. Aroma has the expected light honey, caramel biscuits, some toffee. Body is smooth with tingly carbonation. Taste is honey, biscuity, dry into the finish. Quite a nice honey beer overall. (3.4)
