COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Skinnyviking (9720) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - FEB 3, 2008
Bottle. High creamy and long lasting off-white head. Clear cobber body. Smoke dominated aroma. As with the aroma the smoke also dominates the mild and round barley malt flavor. Low carbonation long and dry smokes hops bitter aftertaste. Sorry mates but your seal is very irritating. Why use it? To be special and get negative response? Try to open one of ehse bottlse, its a nightmare. Please drop it at future bottles.

Papsoe (25056) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 5, 2008
(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Ungstrup. slightly hazy amber golden with a tall and frothy and rather lively head leaving a yellowish head. Aroma of fruit, smoke and a little yeast. Medium body with light caramel notes and then a very distinct smoky note and a ditto distinct bitterness in the finish that also contains quite some spiciness. A weird brew that points in all directions. 260208
