Bottle. Big tropical fruit nose, citrus, and some fumes. Clear orange/amber color. Sweet caramel initial, quickly into the bittering, some strong condensed fruits (apples and pears), and bit of alc. and hop burn in late mid and final. Medium body. Wheat is hardly noticeable; hops definitely are. fonefan (49369) - VestJylland, DENMARK - DEC 31, 2015

Clear medium orange yellow color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass, citrus, grapefruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, tropical fruit, grass, grapefruit, crispy hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
Pleasant aroma, citrusy. Clear, dark golden color with white head and nice lacing. Very pleasant hoppy flavor. Smooth, citrus. Med bodied, with med carbonation...appropriate for style. Overall, a delicious IIPA. Very drinkable, and didn’t taste as strong as it was! AndyW68 (1542) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - DEC 11, 2015
Great beer. Orange gold pour. Aroma is orange and tangerine. Taste follows nose with nice bitter finish.

Pours picture-perfect with bright white head that stays and leaves really nice lacing. Aroma is feint with citrus and alcohol. Palate burns a little on the tongue, goes down pretty smooth, but is a tad too carbonated. Flavor is a bit muted but comes out as the beer warms a little. Decent but not great. Bottle from systembolaget sweden. Big and lasting white head. Clear solid yellow color. Huge resiny sulphur aroma that isnt plesent. Sweet malty taste with low bitterness to give an unballanced beer. JohnGalt1 (1721) - Boise, Idaho, USA - DEC 5, 2015
2" foamy white head.. The brew is a perfectly polished honey deep gold...
Nose immediately reminds me of the glass of Hop Stoopid I had last week. quite a bit of piney hoppiness... nose hair grabbing hoppiness.
Flavor had a pretty bracing bitterness out of the gate.. huge hoppiness is incredibly fresh.. tons of resiny piney hops and after I get done scraping my teeth clean... the citrus comes in followed by some floral notes.. I’m getting some "tropical" essence as it warms.. pineapple comes to mind... pale maltiness just pushes the hops to the front... This is still a very balanced beer despite my above notes... good malty sweetness really drives the hops. nazzty (1376) - Ödåkra - Helsingborg, SWEDEN - DEC 5, 2015
Very disappointing as Lagunitas always deliver great brews. This double IPA is way too much liquor flavored and sweet. Unfortunately just too unbalanced. polo_marco (332) - milton, Vermont, USA - DEC 2, 2015
Sent is awesome great wheat and caramel sense coming through along with a nice citrus pine note at the very end. Color is great nice light orange golden color with a medium carbonation body. Flavor starts off Malty and nice sweet flavour coming through would the flavor of coriander and lemongrass coming through at the very end almost a pause in between the Wheat and the lemon. Love the way the flavor lingers on your tongue carbonation is perfect. Would like to have the L to have a little bit more hot flavor to it but all in all nice rounded IPA.
