Golden orange color with fine white head with lacings. Fresh lemon aroma and taste. Lovely. sigh_borg (97) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 6, 2012
Pours clear orange-gold with a small white head. Lots of lacing on the glass. Aroma is very fresh and sharp-- hops, citrus, and general fruitiness. Taste is mildly bitter with a hint of sweetness. Medium-bodied. Finish is mild. Overall a very nice IPA, with a taste more fruity than hoppy. Capa (3295) - Kitsap, Washington, USA - MAR 3, 2012
Clear golden with a creamy white head. Aroma is sharp and powerful. Fruity and floral hops, citrus, bright fruits, light sugary malts. Medium dry mouth. Flavor packs a nice floral and fruity punch. Crisp hop bite, clean sugary malts. Very nice. PGHbeer77 (571) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 2, 2012
Bottle. Ok, I just have to say it. This smelled so strongly of OREGANO that my wife, three feet away, asked, "What the hell is with that beer?" Such an odd scent. Now, to be fair, maybe this was an older bottle. I purchased it as a single bottle from a bottle shop that’s been known to have some dusty bottles. But wow, oregano is a new scent. Anyway. The appearance was gorgeous: Frothy head with crazy thick lacing settling into a film over a golden translucent fill. The palate was a medium bodied sticky texture, and the taste was hop forward settling into a more floral note with an acidic aftertaste. Very unique IPA. The scent settled down as I drank it, taking on more of a floral hop tone, and I started to pick up some more subtle fruit notes. Overall, for a crappy first impression, this beer’s palate, appearance, and taste rejuvenated my opinion of it. Not bad after all. rjkreid (191) - SCOTLAND - MAR 2, 2012
Quite a grassy beer with a hazy, amber colour and a hint of a floral character from the hops. Smooth but with a nice background of bitterness on the finish. Quite dry and very drinkable. Deceptively strong as there is no great sense of the alcohol.

IPAs aren’t usually something I enjoy much, but this is damn good stuff. Not a palate wrecker. Perfect IBUs for me. Notes of grapefruit and ginger. The gulp tastes like ginger ale with light sweetness. The finish reminds me this is an IPA with a nice hoppy bitterness and a medium sustain. mkel07 (5949) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - MAR 1, 2012
355ml bottle. Great aromas of cinnamon and spice and a flavor to match. In the mouth it is rich and creamy with good texture a cinnamon taste that keeps you coming back for more. Another good beer from Lagunitas. quiznoaz (309) - Arizona, USA - FEB 29, 2012
If they made IPAs in Germany, this would be it. I couldn’t figure out what I was tasting until I read the description above. This is a Hefeweizen, but made in the style of an IPA (at least that’s how it tastes and almost looks). Call it an Ipaweizen. Replace the bubble gum with orange/citrus, tone down the banana, and here you are. See? Germany does have more than one type of beer. If its made in California anyway.

It looks and smells like a top tier American Pale. Honey resin smell and beatific color and he’s. However, the after taste is bland a little more bitter and dry than I would like. Not too heavy or boozy, though, so this could serve as a decent session beer for some.
