Bottle, 12oz. Itís a golden beer, almost clear, and topped by a dense, off-white head. Malty nose with a light grassy scent. Caramel, tropcial fruit mix, citrus and spiced hints too. The flavor has a maltyness in the back, with citrus, tropical fruits and some grassy hints up front. A nice bitterness kicks in towards the end. Smooth, soft and almost full-bodied, finishing with a fine bitterness. Although a bit too much on the malty and sweet side, itís a fine IPA. 120413

Bottle @ Riverside Market. Pours a clear, golden body. Clingy, white, eggshell head. Huge hop aroma of peaches, light pine, some tangerine, and white grape. Really juicy. Hops persist in the flavor. A little bready malt teases in the background. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Very lightly sticky, but avoids any annoying resinous qualities. Hop forward - they are definitely the star here. Stiff bitterness isnít aggressive. Makes this a great thirst quenching beer. Fragrant, hoppy finish. An excellent beer that I will certainly be purchasing again in the near future.

On tap at Jaleo in Penn Quarter, Washington, DC. Clear, amber with white head and excellent lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, lemon, floral hops, biscuit and wheat. Taste is quite similar. A citric hoppy start gives way to a slightly sweet malt finish. A nice balance of hops and malt. Medium body and medium/high carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear golden, yellow, and amber with some carbonation with a medium sized head. The smell is very pungent with a huge citrus hop aroma, grapefruit, orange, pine, and bread yeast. A very nice smell. The taste has a blast of citrus flavor, grapefruit, lime, bread yeast, alcohol, and pine. This is really a good brew.

Pours a clear golden color with 1 finger head and moderate lacing. toasted and bready malt in the background but driven by pineapple, spruce hops flavors. Strongly and pleasantly bitter. Medium body with sticky palate. Moderate to long bitter finish. This is sumpiní else!

pours a light and clear yellow color with a nice small white head. loads of grapefruit smelling hops in the nose. taste is the same with a very healthy malt backbone to support it. i can definitely see why this gets such a near perfect score.

Purchased a 6-pack of this beer from Shop íN Save for $8.99. Poured beer into a Tulip glass and the rest is history. Appearance- Blondish color, lacey head, and cloudy throughout Smell- Very hoppy, has a hint of pine aroma with a peppermint background. Taste- Tastes like a wheat beer mixed with some Belgian ale. Mouthfeel- Medium bodied beer, is anxiously awaiting on my palate for another drink to keep setting me up for Nothing... Drinkability- May be easy to drink for some but others could only drink one of these and have to switch to something lighter/sweeter. I enjoyed 4 out of the 6-pack and let my girlfriendís Dad have the other two.
