Poured out of a 12 oz bottle into a snifter. Pours orangy golden clear with a one finger head. Florals dominate the scent with slight citrus in there as well. Taste is hoppy, citrus, and wheat... quite a bit of bitterness on the finish. Overall a really good beer, just have to watch the alcohol percentage cause that 6 pk could go down too easily.

Drank 08-03-17 in Cafe Faber after the AIESEC reintegration thing. Nice fresh IPA, but not more than that. Citrus taste, fruity, not too hoppy.

A really tasty beer overall and easy to drink without being overly hoppy. I love Lagunitas and this might be one of my favorites of theirs.

Keg at Craft Beer Rising. A clear golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of grapefruit, orange, a little bubblegum, candyfloss, subtle wheat and floral hops. Taste of grapefruit, orange, wheat, some toasted malts, a hint of candyfloss and slight floral hops. Medium bodied and soft carbonation. A dryish, wheaty, floral hop bitterness in the finish. Not as hoppy and bitter has first imagined, very wheaty. Sweet in places but with a clean bitterness throughout. It’s well made but fails to hit the mark for me.

UPDATED: FEB 23, 2017 Wasn’t expecting Sumpin’ to edge out Megawheat, but there’s sumpin’ to be said (HA!) for its clean hoppy approachability, its easygoing simplicity. Hops and wheat ale, smooth and infinitely drinkable, orange marmalade on top of yeast and grass and toast. Straightforward yet delicious.

Several bottles at M&C wedding in Chicago. Excellent IPA; wheat additions to the hoppy nose and taste make it both smooth and bold. Will have more soon...tasty!

Bottle poured into a tulip glass. Clear orange gold color and a frothy white head. Aroma is grapefruit, pine, and a little floral. Initial taste is tangy citrus followed by biting pine. Aftertaste is lightly bitter and balanced by a little malt. Medium body and lively carbonation. An interesting mix.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with a buttery oily head. Aroma is citric and tropical fruits. Body is medium to heavy, fruity sweet, zezt, with the bitterness almost killed by residual sweetness. Fruity lingering palate, yet rather sweet. Summer-y indeed and quite okay, yet not refreshing.
